Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the system, network, or other user accounts.
Interfering with the normal operation of the VoxaCP platform or its services.
Using the platform to transmit spam, malware, or malicious software.
Violation of these terms may result in immediate suspension or termination of your access.

All content, trademarks, software, logos, and technologies related to VoxaCP are the property of VoxaCP or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works based on our intellectual property without prior written consent.
Limited, non-transferable, and revocable access is granted for personal or authorized business use under these Terms.

VoxaCP is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free functionality, or specific performance outcomes.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VoxaCP, its affiliates, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use the platform — including, but not limited to, loss of data, profits, or business opportunities.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless VoxaCP, its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the platform.
Termination and Suspension
VoxaCP reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access immediately and without prior notice if:
You violate these Terms;
You engage in fraudulent, illegal, or harmful activities; or
Continued access poses a risk to the platform or other users.
Upon termination, your rights to use VoxaCP will cease immediately, but any accrued rights or obligations will remain in effect.

VoxaCP may update or revise these Terms periodically to reflect platform changes, new regulations, or evolving business requirements. You will be notified of significant updates through the platform or via email. Continued use after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
